  We telephoned and spoke with a salesperson named Kevin. We explained what we were looking for in a travel trailer. We drove there over 75 miles and met Kevin. It was a hot day and my wife was still recovering from surgery she had 3 weeks earlier. They had no golf carts to use for getting around their lot. Kevin just pointed us in the direction of where the trailers would be setting that he believed we would be interested in and would fit our budget. (Funny, but I had not discussed budget with him. He must have made a decision based on us, our clothes, our vehicle, who knows). We went through several trailers by ourselves. Each one we looked at we had questions about but no Kevin to ask. He popped in while we were looking at one and advised us that they were short handed and he would check back in on us. We looked at a few more but it was too hot for my wife so we walked back to the office. I wondered how we would be able to check back with Kevin since he was on the lot apparently assisting multiple customers....we discovered him walking out of his little air conditioned cubical. We left and won't be back. Too many other great RV dealerships to pick from that want our business. Terrible customer service at Fourwinds Maroa.

  Justin offers excellent service. I bought my Keystone toy hauler elsewhere since they had no stock at Four Winds. With enough lead time he was able to do all the warranty work plus some extra stuff. Saved me a long trip back to the Ohio dealer. Thanks again, Justin!
